extraordinary general meeting

To all NHW coordinators and members in the Horsham District.

I would like to remind you that an extraordinary general meeting followed by a committee meeting of the Horsham District Neighbourhood Watch Association (HDNHWA) will be held next Monday the 11th of June at 7:30pm in the Southwater Parish Council Chambers, Beeson House, Southwater. At the meeting you will be asked to approve the HDNHWA Constitution and the membership of the committee. You are also invited to be present at the following committee meeting at which you will hear what the HDNHWA is trying to achieve and will have an opportunity to comment.
